@Justin: Yes, I think so. It will be interesting to compare acute hospital care (most of our postings to date) with the postings we are now receiving from mental health services users. And it would also be interesting to compare Patient Opinion's postings with those coming in through NHS Choices... (adds note to "to do" list).@David: great idea - I'll give it a try. I also just found a really interesting summary of text visualisation tools at:www.timshowers.com/.../Plenty to play with there!
